that looks like LIPGLOSS when applied to lips.
that comes in clear or shades of sheer pink.
and might help to make lips look FULLER(because i have small lips)

Ive recently discovered - the Balm, who have a pot of gloss called 'Plump your Pucker' it comes in clear minty or berry minty colors, and it has a lip plumper in it.

I agree Carmex is really good. Blistex makes a line that comes in sheer pink. You may want to check on that. I bought it a long time ago. If you line your lips with a nude lipliner and apply any lipbalm your lips will look fuller.

I always just use Carmex. It's a medicated lip balm that I think must have some mint in it or something because I find that it makes my lips a little more pouty. Also, I love it because it is really glossy and shiny but not sticky like some lip glosses.

You can make your lips fuller using a lip liner.

Try Burt's Bee's lip shimmer...in champagne color. It will make your lips look shiney and you can use it over a lip pencil as well. It has a tingle feel to it which makes the lips look pouty. If you don't like the champagne color it comes in various other sheer colors as well i.e. watermelon, berry, etc.

Burt's bees is terrific, whether you use just the clear lip balm or the lip shimmers. it feels great all the time, but especially when your lips are chapped. i don't know if it works this way for everyone, but it makes my lips look fuller and redder.

lakme lipgloss of vanilla flavour is the best
it has a sweet taste 2 & it will make ur lips look better it comes in beige colour when applied 2 lips it looks transparent glossy
i love lakme lipglosses i have all the flavours in it includin choclate ..............delicious

errrr technically no .... yet although i do in some situations use moisturizer on my hands as they're coated in tattoos and it makes them truly stand out and vibrant ... plus regardless of bonus effect that has ..

It's not a cosmetic, but the best moisturizer is Carmex.
For more cosmetic shine, there's Burt's Bees- its made of bee's wax, has a glimmer to it and a tingle to it from menthol.
