its like a thin layer of skin and its connecting my left testicle to the flat area above the anus but not my right testicle. Is this a sign of undescended testicle or any other serious problem help?

Not being able to see this layer of skin makes it rather difficult to tell you what exactly it is. However, if you feel both testicles in the scrotal sac, then you do not have an undescended testicle Testicles descend into the scrotum via a canal centered somewhat in the top of the sac itself. It would not be impossible to feel this yourself, but it would be rather uncomfortable. You can trace up to it by running your fingers along the vas deferens as it leads up from the testicle back up into the body. When you get to the right spot, you may feel your stomach lurch- normally why guys don't care for the exam. Aside from that, it is probably just the way you are put together, and you simply hang more from one side than being centered. Simply go to the doctor and let him/her have a peek and do an exam. They can tell you quite easily what is what, and if you are normal or if there is something to be concerned about. As I said, it's likely just your design- but the doctor would know best.

Naw mate, this issue was addressed a few weeks ago on hollywood plastic or whatever that show is. Just make sure you've got two spheres down there before taking my advice full on. If you don't mind it, then it's no big deal. If you hate it, it can be surgically corrected by a plastic surgeon real quick. Good luck.
