Right now Marques Colston is kicking the crap out of Reggie for taunting Urlacher ... that hit Brian laid on Colston towards the end of the 4th was outright sick. The #1 offense in the league fell to Chicago and Indy is next ... SB XLI belongs to Chicago and I have a feeling that a new dynasty shall arise after February 4th. The Bears shall be unleashed.

Just imagine how much more dangerous that defense will be when Tommie Harris and Mike Brown return to the lineup in the 07 season. Plus, Grossman will be much more settled in his role and Bernard Berrian will become Grossman's new favorite target. Devin Hester will continue to add to his career stats and become one of the most prolific return men of the current era. I could continue on, but is there really enough room for all the praises I have for Da Bears?

If numbers tell the story of the game, then Urlacher is three times the man Manning is (jersey #18 x 3 = jersey # 54!).

bears 41, colts 21

i dont know really. they said new orleans' offense would be able to break the bears, but the saints defense would be so terrible that the bears could even score on them, hence the predicted shootout. but chicagos defense stepped it up, while its offense focused on strengths. they ran the ball at critical times, parrying away grossman's potential problems. they played some smashmouth to control the game and unloaded. the colts are similar to the saints, but with a more hilighted pass offense, than run, so its similar to the saints game, in which chicago killed. i think the keys are
1. dont get penalties at key times: pretty much every team that is knocked out gets penalized at key times for dumb mistakes
2. chicago run: its usually been the colts weakness and the bears only offensive strength. face it, chicago wrs cant catch
3. chi secondary step up: shut down indy wrs, shut down indy
4. motivation: its hard to see dungy and choke manning winning this part

Wasting my time.

Look, the Bears are great but your boy Rex is likely gonna cost them the Super Bowl. Can they win the game - yes! But they need a reliable quarterback. Grossman had one decent drive in the Championship game (which don't get me wrong, was at the absolute right time) but come on...140 some odd yards...less than 50% completion...he sucks. If they win, it will only be because of the defense.

Best of luck but I think Peyton is gonna finally get his ring.
