I know you have to go to a cave called Icefall Cave... But what Island is it? And I know you have to beat the Elite Four though ( still working on that ). But what Island of the Sevii is it? HELP please!!

She's located on the fourth island, Floe island. Go to the cave in the northeast and head through. Remember the ice cracks after you've stepped on it twice. In here is a HM as well, and at the end you'll find Loreli.

The Icefall Cave is on the 4th island.

its on 4 island,and she's hiding above the waterfall,but next to it on the left is a cave where you can find hm8 Waterfall
