What is the most economical way to set up a 24 hour customer service hotline? Is there companies that manage this for you? And how do you start up an e-commerce store the most economical way? If people order online or through your 24 hour hotline, is there a shipping warehouse where they take your orders for you and ship the product out for you?

Go to http://ewebtelecom.com and order Kall8 toll free service. Contract with a local answering service to take the calls. You can redirect Kall8 to any number any place.

Some shipping companies will store your inventory for you and ship it when you get the order. I used to work with Airgroup Express in Redwood City. You can find a local company.

Yes there are companies that will handle your sales, customer service, etc. The current trend is outsourcing to India, Phillipines...anywhere that doesn't speak English. Often the sales team is US based but the rest is out.
