I'm looking for a community college in usa that offers animation major. What is the perfect community college for me? Have u heard about De Anza? What do u think about it? I need a cc that can help me transfer into good animation colleges (such as RIngling, USC, etc)

Call the places you want to work. People love to talk about themselves. Call the colleges you want to attend, especially a good animation college like disney, get their catalog or look it up online. Hit the library and look up the career handbook. An admissions counselor can tell you what degree is required and some other degree programs that are related. There are probably a lot of programs that would make a logical transfer into animations. If your heart is set on a particular school, talk with their admissions people so that you cater to them and get the credits and grades they want to see. They may want you to have a strong graphic arts foundation or be happy to see a well rounded academic degree.... you can't know unless you do the research. Good luck.

Depending on what you want to do (where you want to work) you may want to check out the Joe Kubert School in New Jersey -
They have an awesome animation program - not a community college though! They also offer some correspondence courses.
