For law and society class, I have to come up with reasons as to why I agree with the publishing or why I don't. And, who is repsonible for the violence that erupted in Syria; Beirut; Nigeria; Pakistan and Afghanistan. And, if the other Euorpen newspapers should of had the right to include the cartoons in there articles.

You could blame imperialism on problems in Syria, Beirut, Nigeria, Pakistan (but not as much), and Afghanistan. That is, blame the countries that colonized these regions. As for the European newspapers, two wrongs don't make a right. The newspapers should apologize for what they did, and the riots in the Middle East never should have occurred as a means of retaliation. Hope this helps.

the citizens should all be held accountable for their behavior and actions. yes, the newspapers had the " right" to print, but that does not mean it is smart or ethical.
