I've been on Levora for a year and it's working for me. The brochure said that it stops ovulation but this month I ovulated and that kind of scares me. Has this happened to any body else and what was the outcome...My period was suppose to come the 18th.

The pill is not 100% effective although it is meant to stop ovulation it doesn't always. Do a test.

Well it all depends if you took your pill at the same time every nigt, not missing a single pill. As well, were you on any other medicine? Like antibiotics? Those can screw up the pill big time.

The only 2 forms of birth control that are 100% effective are abstinence and hysterectomy. Anything else (I mean ANYTHING else) can fail. If you're late, get a pregnancy test.
