Is there a party that will restore sovereignty to the people and not the government?

if it's not the libertarians i'll start my own party.
Self Reliance Responsibility
Why do leaders have to come from the government? Why can't those from society break away from the institutions and take the lead themself.

I'd like to see how people exercise sovereignty without any government. That sounds like anarchy.

Actually, no. Every party has its own agenda. I'm convinced after many years on this earth that people are not smart enough to sovereign unto themselves.

do you think that the average citizen is capable of leading their self ? do you think the average citizen wants to lead themselves or do you think we might appreciate leaders who do the dirty work for us ?
TRUE many USA citizens don't appreciate our leaders most of the time but i'd like to see any of you do better considering the circumstances
