Quick, easy and fun? College can be fun, but I don't remember it being quick and easy.
I think you're looking for a vocational degree, rather than an education. If you want to make money after school, you have to be able to do things that most of your fellow 300,000,000 Americans can't do, and that involves pretty advanced stuff.
You can earn a decent living with a community college criminal justice or electronics degree, but you won't get rich. The best policy is to do what you love and let everything else fall into place.

You're the best one to determine what's best for you, but as a general rule you can keep your overall college costs down by taking courses equivalent to those offerred at a university you may be interested in attending later on, but that would otherwise charge higher fees for the same credits.

So the best subjects to take are the ones that are specifically related to your area of interest, and that will get you through school with the least amount of debt at graduation.
