information on makeup?

Does anyone know if E.L.F cosmetics is in conjuction with NYC cosmetics. If not what do you think of E.L.F cosmetics?

ELF is not in connection to NYC. It is seperate. Everything from foundation to eyeliner is a dollar. There isn't much variation but if you're looking for a quick fix bargain, this is the way to go.
