Ask your parents to assign jobs around the house for you
to do that are beyond your regular chores, and discuss the
possibility of being paid for them. You can say that you'll
put half of it in a savings account they can set up for you
at their bank and then be free to spend the other half as
you want. Most parents will go for this as it's a good way
to develop a good work ethic and teach you a little discipline
when it comes to saving.
