my second question is i am a body builder 4 years ago i have a miner operation called "Torsion of Testis" from yesterday i am feeling mild pain in my left ball can any one help?

Contrary to the above - yes, it can give you piles. The blood vessels in the area are very frail, and pressure upon them - regardless of source - can irritate them, causing them to swell - and possibly break.
Cant help you about the operation - I dont know and I'm not going to speculate.
