To a certain degree... yes I believe in Karma.
To me Karma is my attitude towards situations presented to me in life, and how I choose to deal with them. It's all about making sensible decisions, learning from mistakes, never regretting, accepting the things that you can not change and having the strength to change the things you can, knowing the difference between needing and not wanting, having the grace to forgive even if you can't forget, choosing to be the victor and not play the victim. Karma is about concentrating on turning a possible negative into a positive.
Having said that... I'm not about to write on a yellow piece of paper and try to make right of all my wrongs! God love Earl ;o)

This may not be a great example but hey!! I am a firm believer in KARMA! So i am one of those people that if i see you drop money i will pick it up and give it to you! Well one day i was at work ( i worked in a gas station ) and a really small old lady walked in! She was one of those customers that came in every day! Well she came in tho make a money order of about $300! She had a lot of cash on her that day! Well as she was walking out she dropped the money order! I ran up and gave it to her! Not thinking anything of it i went back to work and finished my shift and went home! When i came in the next day she was there waiting for me!! I walked up to her and said hello! She handed me a $5 scratch off and smiled! I walked into work and stuck the ticket in my pocket! I forgot about it for a few days! Well a week later i was at the laundry mat and i found the ticket in my pocket! I scratched it off and i had won $500 on a $10 scratch off!

Nope. How can Karma explain a newborn with cancer or other defect. A child is innocent and hasn't done anything wrong. Also if you look at the real world, theres so many bad people who live nice lives, while good people who suffer.

Yes, definitely.
One of the question arise why bad or undesirable things always happened to good people or new born, that's no such thing of always or 'just happen', it is because of they past beginningless life time they have done evil act, thus this life they have to experience the 'fruit' they have planted in the previous life, this is related to another important subject of reborn.

I use to believe in it, but lately i've had a pretty hard time and i haven't been nasty to anyone but in the past few months everything has gone wrong, my car died, lost my job, had to move back with my mum (who i don't get along with).
So i don't believe it now, i know alot of people who are nasty and they seem to have everything going for them.
