For teens? the best stores out there would probably be American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Target... Anywhere but Walmart. The best place to start? try hitting the mall.

Delia's or Alloy is very popular for teenage girls. If they're into a more alternative trendy style you can try Hot Topic. If they're into more classic trends you can try Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle or Aeropostale.

American Eagle, Aeropostale, Pacific Sunwear, Hollister Co., also delias.com and alloy.com have unique and cute things for teenage girls.

pacific sunwear has cute stuff, but they are a little expensive. try the juniors section (for girls) at kohl's. they have really cute stuff too but they are a lot more affordable and they have great sales sometimes.
