i get this sharp pain in my left teste and the pain is really bad. i get it when i don't masturbat for a long perid of time. it gets that bad that the only thing to stop it is to do it. so what do you people think it is and what should i do because i have seen a lot of docts about it and the say that their is nothing wrong.

What kind of doctors are you going to? Try going to a specialist and maybe they can help you more with your problem. Make sure you describe the type of pain, where it is, how long it lasts, what you were when the pain started, and what you do to relieve the pain. I don't understand why the doctors you've seen say there's nothing wrong, if you're in pain there has to be something wrong.
