What would you do if two of your best friends liked you. One of them always wants to be with me, texts me, and will do anything for me. The other one is always excited when i'm around, compliments me non-stop, and is always smiling at me. Which one do i choose?

Who says you have to choose right now? I don't know how old you are, but if you are old enough, why not go out with both of them without committing to either one? Do it openly so that you aren't hiding it from either one. Don't allow yourself to get physically involved past holding hands and hugs until the test of time reveals which boy (if either) will make the better companion for you. If they try to rush a physical relationship with you, then they aren't in it for you.

Its not about choosing the best,
There is an Old Saying -
Love those who loves you, do not love those whom you love..
It means you can try behaving like a normal friend for some more time and then put a virtual critical situation and then you ill finally able to judge that who is suitable for you and who is not..
Apart from this I really wants to let you know the actual reality..
Listen its the Human Mentality to always pricks in the others life and cause of that you can face the situation of dissatisfaction and may get apart, but in that condition I ill suggest you to have patience..

Flattery will only get you so far. It's the real guy that will be there for you that you should choose. Definitely!
He will be there through thick and thin and that's what matters in the long run.
You'll be mad at yourself in the future if you don't choose him.

this is not a good hunting ground, and may only end in tears. Do you like either of them or is it just the fact that they like you that finds them appealing? this situation could get really sticky so just try and figure out what it is you want

the non obsessed one seems better but you shouldn't go by their personalities go by what they look like and....i know alot of people who are to stupid to control their mouth so unless something flew around vocally dont be so confident...

ignore both of them..... see which one wants to make you be with them more..... dont pick one by going with the one who messages and ims you more......people who constantly im or message are needy and may be harder to please.... or harder to get some breathing room from.... pick the one who makes you happier to hear from after not talking to them for a while
