My schedule right now is basically 2 am. to 11 am. and it really sucks because I feel all drowsy and sick in the mornings because of waking up so late. I want my schedule to be 11 to 7 or 8. Please help!

What I suggest you ( do you work or go to school? ) do is make a list of your daily schedule. Get the events listed by priority. Now you need to ask your self why am I staying up so late , that would make you sleep late. You outta get some melatonin at any drug department or store, it's a natural sleeping that's mild & it will help you fall asleep. Then in the morning get up & do something productive. Get ready for your day & get going. Stay busy & you will start changing your habits & way of living to the better. I hope this helps you or gives you something to think about.

Get your schedule rearranged, get things done and get to bed by 11:00. Only you can do it.
