I noticed that for me, it varies. Some days when I wake, I feel really great and raring to go first thing in the morning and then sort of so-so at night and on other days I just can't seem to get started in the morning and find I'm doing my best work at 2 AM. I used to be married to a morning person and my changing from morning to night drove her up the walls I think...
