advice is a noun
advise is a verb
When stating "Please advise" you are asking the advice of someone, you are requesting an action from them. Thus you need to use the form of the word as a verb.
So the correct way is to state "Please Advise."

"Please advise" is the correct way to say it. Advice is a noun and advise is a verb. Therefore, you would say "please advise" instead of "please advice" because that would not make sense. If you wanted to use advice to say something, you could say "please give some advice" or something like that. That would be the appropriate way to use "advice."

Its actually a major difference. While ADVICE is used as a noun, ADVISE is used as a verb. So too the words PRACTICE AND PRACTISE.
Hence the appropriate use at the end of a mail would be to use ADVISE since you are asking someone to do something. Action word is required here. Like telling them to PLEASE WRITE, PLEASE SPEAK..PLEASE 'ADVISE'

Simple.
Advice is to give someone.
Advise is to help someone.
Think of it like "apple" and "to work with".
substitue the words;
Advice= the apple
Advise= "to work with"
ex: Can you give me [the apple]?
If you substitue apple with ADVICE, then it makes sense. But using ADVISE and substituting it for "to work with" woudln't make sense.
ex: Can you give me [to work with]? WRONG!
Also, remember that
advice sounds like "Adv-ICE"
And Advise, is sounds like "Ad-Vyze"
hope this helps!

Advise.
I've never come across anyone saying "please advice". Either you're not researching very hard or hundreds of idiots are sending you emails.
