lol...but i prefer the signs 'Stop Children' ..a woman stand outside the local school 3 times a day 5 times a week protesting with one of these signs ...and holds up the traffic whilst doing it

actually, its probably because many drivers are foreigners and want purely learn the definition of "caution" and "sluggish". I listen that signs and indications are a lot more suitable precise in England.
