Assuming you love this man, and assuming you want to stay with him (as hard as that may be), seek out help. Talk with the police, domestic abuse personnel, somebody. The first step to healing in any problem is understanding there is a problem. From what you are saying there is denial. Okay, together search out for help to determine if there is a problem, and then worry about how to correct it. Could be you see it as one thing and he see's it as another. Could be he doesn't realize what he is doing. Seek out help from the professionals.
Best wishes and good luck.

Then you leave, because you are obviously too good for him. He's toxic and doesn't care nearly enough about you if he isn't willing to change his abusive behavior. He shouldn't even have to think twice about it let alone telling you that your "full of ****".

Nothing good will come of it ever. Once that's been said it's obvious to him you don't count. Believe me, this is only the beginning.
