What happen to my pc.Always after doing cam conversation then when i click shut down,nothing happen.. Cannot shut down...Sometimes will occur not responding to my skype.I use skype to do my cam conversation

problem is ctrl alt + del also does not promp out...but if i click IE , or my document can...but not shut down /restart/log off / ctrl +alt+del ...nope

Its quite common, you must have being using win xp
At time, first log-off your account...then, lick shut-down ot turn-off or watever...

Hi. See if "Ctrl+Alt+Del" will give you your task manager. Shutdown is one of the options.

Okay, if control alt delete brings nothing up on the screen see if you have any other programs open on your task bar. If so, exit out of them then try again.
