Absolutely amazing, that is if you had never heard Brian Johnson sing it first.

I personally don't think ACDC's sound changed all that much with Brian Johnson on lead vocals. It's a credit to him that he could fill the huge void Bon left and at the same time give the band it's most successful period and album. SO, sound would not have been all that different. I think the album mighten't have been as big if Bon were still alive, but that's another story altogether.

Back In Black is a classic album so its hard to imagine anybody else doing the vocals on it.

Impossible to guage as Johnson wrote the album with the brothers.

Better. It'd have an edgier tone with Scott's great "raspy" voice. Plus, we might have heard some nice bag pipe solos.
