Depending on the website and what you need from it you can always go to www.archive.org to view old versions (cached) snapshots of almost any website. Mainly will help if what you need from the website is to read information on it.

It may have exceeded it's bandwidth. Some sites are limited to the number of hits they can get a day. If you try to visit them after they reach their limit, the page won't show up for you. There's nothing you can do about that, it has to do with the people running the page. Alternatively they may have taken it down temporarily to make updates or might not have paid their bill and got their page suspended. I'd just check back on it tomorrow.

It sounds like the website has closed down.

You can't make it active again, unless you open your own form of that website. Try going to this nonexistent website www.vake.fm if you see the same result that you have for the website that you are going to then the website has been permanently taken down and you are out of luck. If you get a different result then it could just be closed, but chances are the site is down for good.

if you have the domain name of the website then you can try contacting them to see if your website has been moved.
