Most of these things are rated on square footage. What you need to do is measure the length and width of each space to be covered by the dehumidifier and multiply the length by the width of each space. This will provide you with the square feet contained in each space. When you add up all the square feet, you get the total you need. Compare it to the ratings on each model and purchase the appropriate one. General rule is, if it falls between two models, buy the larger.
