Most of the GM's have a problem with the intermediate shaft in the steering shaft, that will give you a bumping feel in the steering wheel while driving...but other noises depending on what they sound like...coming from beneath the center hump of the floor board, sounds like the tranmission...you might have damage in the tranmission and the only way to see is to first check the fluid level.. and also check to see if any metal flakes are in the fluid...when is the last time you had the tranmission services... then again, i really don't know unless you explain the noise...email me back...with noise description

My money is on a bad catalytic converter....put a screw driver to the cat while the truck is running and put your ear to the handle end of the screwdriver, it will amplify the rattle (if its the cat)...Make sure the truck is in park and the e-brake is applied and the wheels are chocked befor you crawl under it while its running.

Tie Rods, bushings, struts, shocks, springs. Is one or all of those. Is a ninety 2, is about time those failed, I have a ninety 3 Ranger, purely did an finished the front end replace and provider on, it truly works properly back. then back will be an person-friendly tire failing, I doubt it, so jack it up or placed it on a develop and attempt it, or have a professional do it.
