Ladies, I'm doing a study & I need your input.
What is your reaction when you learn that a man, whom your fairly attracted to, is a virgin?
Are you surprised? Are you more or less attracted to him?
Details please.

I guess the answers you get will depend a lot on the age of the "Lady" you ask. I am not a very young lady--- hence I would be very surprised if the man was my age--- and I would be less attracted to him (despite the nice reassurance that he was probably disease free!). I would wonder what was wrong with him. Unless, of course, he had been a priest or something-- which might make him very attractive because I would find his dedication to God very attractive.
So I guess, as with everything, it would depend on the circumstances--

I think its very attractive to have a man be a virgin still because not that many are. However if your talking about in the 40s that seems a lil weird but some however may have a good reason to that.

well.. if i really like the man, i wouldn't mind him being a virgin or not, and would be pleasantly surprised if he is. i would be more attracted to him, not less, but it does depend on his age, the other girl has a point, if the guy is a lot older then i'd think it's a little weird but no, ultimately that doesn't make me less attracted to him.

Well, in our society -at least young adults or teens- men are always saying 'oh I banged that chick and her sister..' its not all guys but some of them say this and i hear it all the time. If it's a geeky guy then I almost expect him to be a virgin, because I guess It's like no one really wants to have sex with them. besides, aren't guys at their sexual prime in their 15-20??? I wouldn't be less or more attracted, but I think It'd make me more intrigued in him.

I'd definately be curious, and probally pretty suprised.. It depends on WHY he's a virgin. If its because he's saving it for the right girl, i'd definately be more attracted. I can respect that. If its because there is something horribly wrong with him (physically), or because something I hadn't noticed yet had driven girls away, and no one stuck around long enough to get to sex, then definately less attracted.

I'm in my 40's but I would say if he's closer to the 20 mark I wouldn't worry about it but if he's closer to the 29 mark I would think it a little strange and I confess I'd be put off by it.

Depends on what I have heard about him.Not to mention I might wonder if he was lying in some cases.
I sometimes am attracted to them a bit more if I learn that though.I can't really explain why though.

Depends on how old he is. If he's between 18-23 I think it's kinda cute... but if you see a man in his mid thirties that is still a virgin, it really makes you wonder...

Yes i will be surprised and happy too.
Infact i will be more attracted to him and have a positive perspective towards him and i know i will have outstanding respect for him.

It would be nice if both of us were virgin, or would it be, it good if he is a virgin than women would have the advantage over him and we can show him how to make love that would be wonderful.
