The International Date Line varies due to political considerations but for this purpose, it is generally at 180 degrees longtitude. The Prime Meridian is at 0 degrees so there is a 180 degree difference here. THe Antarctic Circle is at 66 degrees 33 minutes and 39 seconds south latitude and the Tropic of Cancer is at 23.5 degrees north latitude -- so 66.33.39 + 23.5 = 89 degrees 83 minutes and 39 seconds latitude difference. = 269.83.39 total degrees. Now if you want to know the separation along a straight line between the two points, that's a geometry question which I haven't had to do since 7th grade, about 50 years ago. Ask someone else.
