i dont think there is no such thing as emotional affair cheating. that is a bunch of bull crap. i mean damn, if that were true then you would be having an affair with anyone you talk to about your problems other than your spouse. you would be having an affair with just about anyone that you let into your "personal circle", including friends...co-workers...whatever.
the only kind of cheating is physical sexual contact. there is nothing wrong with conversing with other people...even about your relationship. whatever floats your boat. i can say that it's not always good to let people that in too close into your personal business, though.
masturbating and pornography is perfectly fine and normal.
people act like when you get into a committed relationship or married, that you turn into some super human or something.
people are going to fantasize...people are going to go elsewhere to get consoled....its just a fact. as long as you don't cross that line, then its okay.
i personally feel that when people put so many restrictions into the relationship, then thats where they go wrong.

probably. yet, it actual relies upon on precisely what constitutes an "emotional affair". i'd wager that it ability: a million) no actual contact of any form - no longer even hand preserving; 2) an heart-felt yearning/longing for someone except the major different; 3) suggested help or finished lack of feeling and make contact with with major different; 4) shared intimacy - lengthy conversations or different communique of deep personal thoughts with someone except major different; 5) expression of love and want to someone except major different; 6) lack of ability to have significant and gratifying sexual contact with major different. at the same time as that would no longer technically or legally characterize "adultery" or "fornication", it would as well be from a psychological attitude. An emotional affair severs the non secular ties between spouses that constitutes real intimacy. as quickly because it particularly is lengthy gone, there's a "separation" it particularly is not person-friendly to conquer. Couples living in the type of relationship are not any more suitable than roommates. yet, therapeutic can take position. Spouses can rediscover their love for an extra. finished and finished disengagment from the different woman or guy, although, is really mandatory for that to take position. No extra contact of any form must be licensed with the guy with whom the emotional affair got here about. no matter if an "emotional affair" is "dishonest" or no longer is purely semantics. the wear and tear executed through the type of relationship must be everlasting and, for this reason, could have each and each of the attributes of adultery or fornication. If which will change into the priority of an emotional affair, then it would as well be dishonest.

I don't even think I know what an emotional affair is. (You mean like all that cyber-sexing everyone cries about in here ?)
Personally, masturbating to pornography I am just f^cking my own self mentally anyway. Who am I hurting? How is this wrong? If you are f^cking yourself to a voice or a keyboard it must be the same thing. I personally feel that actually, sexually "cheating" requires flesh-to-flesh interaction.

No difference in my eyes. Both acts hurt the other person, so neither should be done.
Of course some people may see it differently and think they are okay with it- in which cse they can do as they please.
By my opinion is both are destructive to a relationship because they would hurt the ther persons feelings by making them feel useless to the other person, whether the needs are emotional or sexual/imaginary.... your spouse or s.o. is supposed to fulfill those needs....

If anything you are doing is interfereing with your current relationship or your life it mightnot be healthy behavior. Looking a pornography is not cheating but if you doing that and not interacting with your S.O. you got a problem. Emotional connections are normal with other people - after all that is what we do - connect with other people. But once again if you are intimate with someone other than you SO it mightnot be cheating in the true sense of the word but it can be hurtful if your not sharing your life with you SO.

I think having an emotional affair is more dangerous to a relationship than any picture or even one night stand....the attachment is there. Porno...that I think is a personal thing and some couples do it together.....I wouldn't say no all together to that because everyone is different. You can't develop an emotional attachment to a picture and we're all human.

I would say it depends. How many men would rather their wives get their emotional needs by some other men, and how many women would rather have their husbands sleep with some one else? especially if their lousy in bed? It depends on the person hahahahaha

Isnt it a little "self righteous" to call others self righteous when you dont even know the others? Isnt that judging people you dont even know?

Troll.
