is there any girls out here who have bad days where they don't feel beautiful and can't be confident?

Almost all of the time. It has mostly to do with stress, how you perceive yourself, how your day goes, ect.
Just don't let the bad days and the bastards get you down. Life is a bit of a messed up short rat race. A lot of people just end up with a headache at the end of the day.
Don't lose hope of a rosy future, kid. Confidence is gained in time you just have to take it all in stride. Don't let anyone knock you in the chin too hard, and don't take any crap.

that's something that happens to everybody, what I do is analyze my self and do as better as I can, any ways, when you are good inside and confident in your actions that's something it will reflect on the outside.

Guys have those days although it doesn't seem to effect us in the manner it does you ladies but I can guarantee everyone has those day, thankfully they pass.
