these terms get thrown around all the time.. dictionary definition would say that your "sex" is defined as either male or female, depending on which genitals you have..
"Sexuality" is your feelings towards your own sex.
"Sexual Orientation" is who you are interested in having sex with
"Sexual Intercourse" well, what most people call "sex"

If you are asking the sex of a person, the established definition is the property or quality by which organisms are classified on the basis of their reproductive organs and functions. There are more than two sexes of human and non-human beings (such as Intersexed, Third Sex etc)
The second meaning is the sexual urge or instinct as it manifests itself in behavior.
