We need more information.
If the ball passed an infielder other than the pitcher and no other infielder had a play, then the ball is live and play continues.
If the ball passed an infielder other than the pitcher and another infielder had a play, then the ball is dead, the runner is out, and the batter-runner is placed at first. All other runners are returned to the bases they occupied at the time of the pitch. Credit the nearest fielder to the interfering runner with a putout and credit the batter with a single.

If the ball touched an infielder, including the pitcher, then the ball remains live and play continues -- unless the runner allowed himself to be hit. If the runner deliberately interferes, the ball will be dead and the runner will be declared out, the batter-runner placed at first, and other runners returned to the bases they occupied at the time of the pitch. Credit the nearest fielder to the interfering runner with a putout and credit the batter with a single.
Except when there is an infield fly, no base is a safe haven for a runner struck but a batted ball. On an infield fly, the batter is automatically out and the ball remains live, with the putout credited to the fielder who makes the catch or to the fielder who should have made the catch if no fielder catches the ball.

The hit runner is out and the batter is credited with a hit. The fielder closest to the hit runner is credited wuth the put out
Here's the rulebook, and it's for baseball, not just MLB.

yet another rule change is that sport balls should be saved at a tempature of 70 ranges at 50% humidity for 2 hours earlier the game. At ballparks like Coors container in Denver, the balls might want to be saved at cooler tempatures to wrestle the altitude of the container, because a warm ball travels farther than a cold ball. I see this rule right now affecting the Rockies, and that i does no longer be shocked to work out their abode list slip by technique of a few video games this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days.

Runner is out. Batter is credited a hit and awarded first base unless it is the 3rd out. He still gets the hit, though.
