unless your not breathing for long periods of time no. the pillow doesnt weigh enough to damage your skull more or less your brain. though if your that worried, if your putting the pillow over your head because of light in the room go get a sleep mask.

You can't get brain damage cause the brain is in a cranium than there is a special aria with liquid to prevent brain damage. So it is in a kind of a cradle.

Not unless you completely cut off your oxygen supply for more than about 8 minutes, or the pillow weighs about 250 pounds.

I sleep with a pillow around my ears all the time.
Just my nose & mouth aren't covered.
