According to the Beatles themselves, they smoked weed off and on throughout most of their time as a group. John Lennon and Ringo Starr have both said that they were never regular weed smokers (never did it everyday), but they went through phases where they did it a lot. They also went through phases where they did a lot of LSD. They occassionally tried cocaine. All claim to never have been cocaine users though. All claim to never have done heroin either. I don't know why I know this...

yes they did...i think it was the influence of that Buddhist-type guy. i dont think they were addicted to it though, did it every now and then im guessing
they also did acid and just alot of drugs in general if youre wondering..
they were trying not to have it be an influence on the fans they had back. but they also wanted to be honest so they answered the reporters if they asked about it. basically they werent like we do it so you should too...contrary to what people believed.

Yes, they had interviews were they admitted it. Once this guy asked where and who they got their drugs from and they were like um Why would we tell you, that would be just stupid....He agreed
