The dash low tire pressure light is on. I inflated all tires as factory specification and the light still is on. Last week a smart gentleman showed me how to turn the dash maintenance light off, if he sees this request, can he answer this one too? The manual states if light still on take it to the dealer, but I know there are smart people who know how to do it. Thanks.

depending on the vehicle...but if you have the digital display and I am hoping this is a GM vehicle...where your warning for low tire pressure is...press the arrow key on the menu.. and then select reset...If this is not a GM...the owner manual will have directions on how to reset...but if all the tires are within 5 lbs of the manufactored setting, then after so many driving cycles the light will automatically reset...If you tell me what type of vehicle..I can help you more..

I have a 2008 chevy impala and the tire pressure light says my right front passenger tie has 1 PST. The pressure on the tire is normal. How do I get the light off. Is there some kind of reset button or do I need a new sensor

First you need to share what is the make/model/year of the vehicle. Every vehicle manufacturer's tire pressure system works differently and can also vary vehicle to vehicle and model year to model year. Do not just go pushing 'tire pressure' reset buttons or you could make things more confusing or worse in the long term.

try taking your positive cable off your battery for about ten to fifteen seconds and replacing it see if that will reset the computer
in the car. if it does the light should go off.
