I want to use up the pastry thats been in my freezer for ages. Any ideas would be helpful. I will choose a best answer within 30 minutes of this add been posted if i get at least 8 genuine answers.

Make a blintz with steak or beef filling. Wrap the puff pastry around pre-cut meat and bake 15 minutes. If you use steak with sliced liver you can make a faux beef wellington.

depends how much effort u want to put in.. you could just cook the pastry and dip it in jam and cream..

Roll it out and use your cookie cutter to make flaky cookies. You can also use it as a top crust for chicken pot pie.
