How do I convert a website page from chinese to english on a mac?

I need to know how to do this without having to stop browsing or putting the text into a file etc

Hello simone m,

If you have Sherlock on your Mac, launch that program and click Translation. You can highlight the text in the web page, copy and paste it into Sherlock's Translation. Hit the dropdown selection Chinese (simplified) to English or Chinese (traditional) to English and then click on the Translate button.

In a few seconds it will translate it into English for you.
