It should be noted that he is the 2nd offensive coordinator. His title is co-coord, but he really is 2nd in line at that position.
It's hilarious how no one wants that job. It's like playing the lotteries. If some magical way he does well he will without a doubt be viewed as a genius and have his ticket punched to any job he wants.
When he fails, he will have a hard time recovering his status.
Like I said it is like the lottery, and they call the lottery around here, "the tax on the dumb."
So yeah he's a moron.

With better pro coaches now available I think the Raider powers that be were drunk when they made that decision........They need to get better players first and foremost and then a coach that can handle them.........I know Jimmy Johnson has said he's ready to go back to coaching and he might have been a good fit for them..........Can't wait to see if Dallas makes him an offer now that Parcells has "retired"..........Sometimes it looks like the powers that be for a lot of teams just don't know how to make a right decision that will help to turn a lousey team around.......CAT

THey hired Lane Kiffin who is son of Monte Kiffin. Monte's wife is a friend of my mom and they are originally from Lexington, NE where Monte coached at my highschool. Pretty cool eh.? Anyways, I think Monte coached for the raiders before TB and kinda left them in a mess too...so it's kinda weird for his son to want to go there. Hmmm...I dunno. I feel bad for Randy Moss. He need to be on a good team.

I disagree, I believe the dumbest is the raider owner. hire shell, fire shell, rehire shell, etc. He needs players, not coaches.

I guess we shall see. They really need a better off. line before they are going to be better. The D was decent and kept them in some games last year.
