ok... it's BROUGHT vodka... I'm not attempting to come off as one of those assholes who jump at the chance to yell at people who can't spell or have bad grammar... I have OCD... it actually drives me up the wall... not just an ego trip
sooo
I see no problem with the piercing, of course I don't know how old she is and her way of getting it was completely out of line, but it's her body. As for the drinking, yea that's not good. Vodka is absolutely vile straight up, are you sure that it actually was vodka and she's not just crying out for attention?
If it was, go online and show her the horror stories that result from too much drinking. I myself had one, I could have died. I drank too much, passed out on my bed and threw up in my sleep. If I had not been laying on my side, I would be dead right now. Ever since I can't stand the taste of alcohol. Tell her that's possible and that it can happen to anyone.

If you don't like the things she's doing, find new friends. This may sound mean, but its really not. I don't know how old you are, but if you are really as mature as you sound you are (because your concern shows your maturity) you don't want to hang out with people like her anyway. If you do YOU WILL BE GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION. That means no matter how much you distance yourself from her bad habits, other people you care about (friends, family, teachers, etc..) will assume you are doing the same thing. You don't want to be one of those people. And even though your head is on straight now, if you hang out with her in her rebellious times, it will rub off on you. You won't drink alcohol, but you'll try it... to you won't get drunk, but you'll drink a little..., to you'll get drunk but you won't get wasted... Its a long process of chain of events, but please while you have the right mind, make this a step forward and hang out with someone else. You don't have shun her, but do it for yourself to make an effort to find another friend that has similar values.

you can tell her that if she needs you or wants to talk you will be there for her and that you think she is doing wrong and leave it at that... you are only responsible for your actions not hers and you cant control her so dont try people will know if you are doing it too or not and it doesnt matter anyway because once again you cant control anyone else actions only yours

its time to pick new friends.or you should set her down and tell her she is making a fool out of her self.if she is a true friend she will understand.and if it takes to walk away, then walk.she could cause you a lot of trouble.you sound like a nice person and you really dont want to be like her.so best bet is to walk away.
