Most of the buses ply in the evenings -both ways. Normally it takes about 15 hours to cover the distance between Goa and Mumbai.

Other option is to travel by the express train.

Happy journey.

It's an overnight journey by bus... apprx. 12 - 16hrs depending on type of the bus. ( You get coaches with seats to semi-sleepers & sleepers... normal coaches & Volvos)

Normal drops are in SION, Borivili (which will not be of help to you as it's in Western suburbs) and I guess in dadar.

You can check with the bus operators, they can give you a better picture. Most buses leave Goa from afternoon till late evening and arrives in early next Morning and very few leave in morning arriving in evening into Mumbai.
