I don't feel like most of the people answering this question are really understanding what it is that I am asking. I am not wanting to know exactly "what happens when we die" i want to know your own opinion and belief on if the mysteries of the world and if they are revealed to us.

I believe we go back to ashes as it states in the Bible. When the Lord comes back to earth, all the saints will be taken up to heaven. I've often imagined seeing my parents spirits being taken out of the graves and when they get to heaven, looking in the eyes of our Jesus. If we believe the Word of God, we have to believe that He is preparing mansions for us in heaven and that should be our goal to get there. Yes, to your questions. We will know all the unanswered questions we have today. God Bless you.

i really doubt that because, then what? just send you down again in a different body to live out the game or stay there and "enjoy" the joke? that such an unfulfilled ending if all the answers were just told to you like that. it wouldn't really spawn anything just more death. death of inquiring, death to thought, death to, frankly, you (humans) since that's what we do most (debatable, yes, but for the sake of this lets just say most). to me the after death experience would have to be either a complete end where your body gives back what it has taken and that's it, no questions answered just death and fertilization; or, you die and do all that plus get another go around trying to find the answers. whether you retain anything you learned from the last life is up you (the person) and their memory recollection skills (maybe that's why memory recall is associated with intelligence, just a guess). that would be the after-life for me. maybe this might be it for everyone maybe not. i'm not sure, but when i die, that is going to be my last thought in case that if it isn't so, at least i'll be there before it all fades to black.

Although it is tempting to revert back to our general humanizing myths of creation and a God, I personally believe that in death we are nothing. Not in heaven, not in hell, not reincarnated. Just gone. When we die, our egos and our memories and our mind cease to exist. I know that this seems very harsh and unforgiving at first, but does it change anything? Is true love less special because it won't continue in the cosmos after death? Absolutely not, and we should treasure the life we have now, because it will never come again.

I believe we will know all the mysteries of the world. I think we know alot of them now from our past lives, but don't remember them. I think we pick who we are, who we marry, our jobs, etc.. our life is planned out by us before we are born. And I believe our soul lives on, and that we come back as some one else if we want to.

I think after we die we understand that the mysteries didn't really matter in the first place.

I think what happens to you after you die. Depends on what you done while you are here on earth aka; hell.
If you have done good in life, been helpful, honest, and have some sort of value, done something meaningful, I think that there is a heaven.
Heaven is a place of peace and tranqulity....nothing like here...earth...hell. To me this is where we earn our way into the holy kindgom. If you fail you are to return. To do it again.
This is just my opionion. I was raised in several different homes with different religions. So to me I have take from them all what my heart feels is right and go with it.
Truly Karma is the way of life, what you do comes back to you.
good luck in life.

Body, Mind and Intellect vanishes along with the Ego called " I ". If you could get an answer for the question then fear of death also vanishes.

In my religiuos point of view, WE are asleep after death. No sense, no more unfinished business to do here on earth. Till God will arrive and reddemed all his followers. Those who died and cannot be saved dont need to be rise from death.

The body and soul seperates. The body goes to the earth, the soul stands before God for judgment.
