24 is an awesome show, I have watched every single episode since day one hour one. As in every show you have to make allowances for things that occur it is entertainment after all, that is for the gentleman who asked about the detonator/bomb.
The show strives, and in my opinion achieves, every year to improve upon the previous year. It has a legion of fans, there are 24 parties and on Monday nights everything stops for the JACK ATTACK or as FOX says the POWER of BAUER.

It's "ok." I watched it last week in hopes of seeing San Antonio (my city) in a real drama (as promised by the ocal tv guide)... but S.A.'s moment was just a blip and I missed it. The show was compelling enough, and I thought I'd start watching it regularly... but I'm not good at watching ANY show regularly, and I have to admit that the Steve Irwin shows took precedence over 24 last night. I might watch it again... but I think I like shows like Whose Line Is It Anyway?, better.

It really depends of what your definition of what makes a good TV show. I really like 24! 24 is my life but I don't feel the need to brag about how great it is because if you like 24 watch it if you don't like 24 don't watch it. That's the attitude that I have! 24 rocks jack Bauer for president!

I saw my first episode last week when Jack Bauer amazingly knocked the terrorist completely out of a moving subway before it exploded into a stupid looking cgi graphic. He was able to get the remote detonator before he knocked him out of the train. Let me ask this question. If you are a terrorist and you are going to blow yourself up on a train why would you need a remote detonator anyway?

I just watched it for the first time tonight and you are right it is a very good show, but also love House and Grey's Anatomy!
