All felines including tigers have eight teats (link 1). In fact, all felines are very, very similar biologically speaking... they are all thought to have evolved from a common ancestor a mere 10 million years ago.

There were times in history when cat milk was highly prized. That of tigers, I'm told, has a more 'robust flavour' than most other cat milks. Just in case you were wondering.
