My best friends has a really foul vaginal odor, We went out to eat the other night and I used the restroom after her, The smell was so intense I had to change stalls....( I dont think she aware )I don't want to hurt her feelings. What's the best way to let her know!!

Being an ex manager, I had to deal with body hygiene many times and I have found from experience that the best way is to just come out and tell her the truth with no smartass remarks.

She is your best friend and you should be able to talk about anything. Think it over before you speak with her so you are tactful about it. Perhaps you can tell her you have been worried about an odor yourself and has she ever noticed one on herself. Talk about different products or that perhaps a doctor's visit is needed (she probably has a yeast infection). There are over the counter products also. If none of that works you are just going to have to tell her outright - a little embarrasment from you is better than a whole lot from someone else.

Make up a nice gift basket full of personal hygiene products and give to her. put in some bath and body works stuff then put some feminine stuff too like tampons and summers eve. But maybe she has an infection that also leaves a bad smell.

You need to sit her down and have a discreet conversation with her. Offer her ways to help the issue, like washing herself mid-day or douching or other ways. It could be something she is not aware of, wearing pantihose everyday can cause you to have odor, yeast infections cause odor, wearing pantiliners every day can cause odors. Good Luck!

Take a shower. With soap. And shampoo. With conditioner. And tell her to brush her teeth. With toothpaste. Then tell her to use Listerine. times 20.
