I have tiled shower and it is always cold. i want to put tile heater behind the tlie but i do not know if you can put them in the wall

If you're refering to the electric radiant heating pads for sub surface tile installation, it is NOT recommended for high water/immersion areas, and not for wall installation, but under floors primarily.
The best idea is to let the hot water run for a couple of minutes before getting in.
There are a number of options to warm up the shower, but they are very expensive to retro fit into an existing home, but if you'd like to know more about them, drop me a line, and I'll be happy to tell you about them.

I wouldn't put a heater in the wall, it will start a fire. Why do you want to heat the tile?
