Huck Finn. Tom Sawyer is too dramatically adventurous. He doesn't think things out at all. Huck on the other hand, loves adventure, but thinks ahead more than Tom does. He knows how to fend for himself.

Huck. Absolutely Huck. Tom creates many of his own problems himself, and he'll often lie for the sheer joy of it. Huck is more sincere in how he looks at things, and he's seen a lot more of the hardships of life. I had a *huge* crush on Huck when I was a lot younger!

Neither, I would have enjoyed Mark Twain however.
