I have a 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Surpream Broungham, and I dont kno what color to paint it. Right now its silver w/ a dark grey vinyl top.

My son had a 68 olds cutlass with a 351 rocket engine. Good old muscle car. He painted his candy apple red with white top and had 2 black stripes going down the front of the hood,and it was beautiful. He now has a 66 ford galaxie and he's trying to decide what color to paint it.

I think your paint scheme idea sounds good. I would to paint it a color that doesn't clash with your interior if thats important to you...unless you're redoing your interior anyway.
