I am Fourteen, Female, and TALL. I hit 14 at August 9th. My mother and father are both above average height (but not Enormous... or anything like that.) I am 5'9 and I am wondering When Females Stop Growing. My mother is just a couple of inches taller than I.
I thank you for your help.

The high average woman height is 5'10". Be glad you're taller than me--15 years old and only 5'4.5"!

Power to the tall people!!
My sister is 13 and 5'8." Sounds like you guys can be Amazon sisters together haha jk I'm not as tall as she is (17 and 5'7"), but I'm not short either. Anyway. You'll prolly stop growing about a year after you get your first period, at least, that's what I hear. I don't know if it's true for everyone, though, because I just got mine a little over a year ago, but I think I'm still growing. I might want to check on that...
May I help you?

If your mom is a couple of inches taller than you are now then your height as far as i am concerned is normal. You do not have average height parents if your mom is a couple of inches taller than you. Your mom is tall. Like my girls you will be tall.

My girlfriend stopped growing when she was 16, so i don't know about 14. don't worry too much about it though. this day in age both guys and girls are getting taller, so it wouldn't be hard to find a guy who is 6'2"
