Check with your local County Assessors office. All of the sales information is public record and should be easy to come by. If this is different in your state, feel free to contact any Realtor. They should be able to look up the information and tell you with no charge.

Depends on where you live ! Most countpes have a tax office. It will be listed there. Some have sites on the web. In South Carolina, Before i bought my house i went to County goverment page and linked off to the tax accessors office and looked up what my house was bought and paid for over the years plus all the taxes paid.
If you don't have a web site you can go there and look it up.
Good luck.

If your assessor's office is not online with the information available to the public, call them directly.

As the previous respondent, Halnfan1, posted - a Realtor will gladly assist you for free as well.

Good luck!
